How many subagents is too many? We gave ours 12 slots; the median used 1.3.

Slots waited on work. Allowed 12 workers at once, the typical build kept about 1.3 busy (1.31 over 47 builds). In the six biggest, new work came 8 to 12 times too slowly to fill them.

Average busy workers per build against a cap of 12 Histogram of occupancy, the average number of busy workers over time, for the 47 builds that made a dispatch in the window, on an axis from 0 to the cap of 12, in bins 0.5 wide. Counts: 1 below 0.5, 11 from 0.5 to 1, 17 from 1 to 1.5, 12 from 1.5 to 2, 2 from 2 to 2.5, 2 from 2.5 to 3, 1 from 3 to 3.5 and 1 from 4 to 4.5. The median is 1.31, 41 of 47 averaged 2 or fewer, and the highest is 4.35. Two builds with no dispatch in the window have no occupancy and are not drawn.
