How to get texts from Superbot, and how to stop.
Superbot is a product of EZO Labs Inc, a Delaware corporation. You can text it and it texts you back. This page is the complete description of that program: the number, how you opt in, what you will receive, how often, what it costs you, and how to stop.
Send anything to that number: a question, a task, or just hello. That message is your opt-in, and it is also your consent to receive messages back.
1. How you opt in
There is no form and no checkbox anywhere on this page. You opt in by texting +1 (415) 718-0220 from your own mobile phone. Your inbound message is the opt-in, and it is the only way to opt in: we do not add numbers, we do not buy lists, and nobody can sign you up but you.
2. What you will receive
Once you text in, Superbot replies to what you send: answers to the questions you ask, and updates on the tasks you asked it to run. If you link a Superbot account by text, you receive a one-time confirmation message for that.
These are conversational and service messages, sent in direct response to something you sent us. They are not marketing and not promotional, and we do not send recurring campaigns to this number.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends entirely on how often you text Superbot and what you ask it to do. We send nothing unprompted, so a person who never texts receives nothing at all.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges are set and billed by your mobile carrier, not by us. EZO Labs Inc does not charge you for texting this number, and consent is not a condition of purchase: nothing we sell requires you to text us or to receive texts from us.
5. How to stop
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from +1 (415) 718-0220.
A STOP reply is confirmed by a text back and honored immediately. After that no further messages are sent to your number unless you text us again, which starts a new opt-in.

7. Your information
Mobile opt-in data and consent collected through this number are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message content is handled under our Privacy Policy.

This program is governed by our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which together with this page describe the whole arrangement. Your use of Superbot itself is also governed by the superbot terms of service and the superbot privacy notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
